The company's product range consists of 20 product groups, including pneumatic cylinders and gas springs manufactured on site in 24 hours. Pneumat. also supplies industry with electro-valves, fittings, compressed air preparation systems, industrial valves, vacuum technology, measurement fittings, compressors, pneumatic tools and much more. Our pneumatics warehouse, the largest in Central and Eastern Europe, contains more than 160,000 products.

We offer proven solutions to our customers. Particularly noteworthy is the author's Flowmatik line. These are cost-optimised products, selected on the basis of our experts' many years of experience and knowledge of service needs and challenges. They are used in a wide range of situations requiring rapid response and ready-made solutions. They are available off-the-shelf, and can be shipped with express delivery.

Pneumat. sells in Poland, and since 2006 it has also been active in foreign markets. Over the years, our products have been shipped to 54 countries in the European Union and far beyond.

We have 10 regional offices in the largest cities in Poland. We have established the Pneumat.PARTNER project, the Polish Pneumatics Distribution Network. Our products are exported to many countries. We have distribution partners in the Ukraine and the Czech Republic.

Pneumat. is a company that focuses on continuous development and innovative solutions.

We have been selling online via a B2B platform for almost a decade. During this time, our online shop has undergone a number of improvements preceded by analyses and a survey of our customers' expectations. Currently, our platform is equipped with functionalities that facilitate and speed up customer order processing. There is full and up-to-date information on inventory, lead times and dedicated pricing. An intuitive search engine helps to find what the customer needs at any given time. Detailed product descriptions and specifications make it easy to select a specific variant. The configuration tool allows you to customize your product. After entering the relevant parameters, it allows ordering customised actuators, gas springs or safety valves set to a selected pressure value. In turn, the comparison engine helps to evaluate different product variants in terms of technical parameters such as operating conditions. The customer has constant access to full information on order history, submitted offers and invoices. It is possible to create shopping lists that streamline regular customers to place recurring orders. The 'Quick Order' function allows multiple codes to be imported from an Excel file, significantly speeding up the purchasing process. The Pneumat. website is fully responsive. Information about the products, as well as the possibility of ordering them, is available from anywhere in the world via any device.

Our shop is a laureate of the TOP500 ranking of the best-positioned online shops in Poland in 2021 and a multiple winner of the e-Gazelle of business award, awarded to companies whose e-commerce platforms are developing dynamically.

The implementation of an intelligent racking stacker crane system has made it possible to automate work and warehouse management processes and to carry out analysis, control and management of goods. We are currently able to dispense 18,000 parcels a day and order processing is running smoothly. An ERP-integrated system allows real-time information flow on product availability. We enable platform integrations to automate the exchange of real-time stock data. As a result, our distributors do not have to maintain and replenish their own stock.

We also offer our partners full support in going through the necessary logistical procedures and provide a seamless logistical service for parcel and pallet shipments within the European Union. We work with proven international carriers such as DHL and Raben. This ensures that every logistical step is carried out at the highest level.

For foreign customers outside the European Union, we offer a comprehensive export shipment service. We work with one of the largest customs agencies in Poland, based in key ports, hubs and airports. The completion of export paperwork is fast and hassle-free, and the customer can pick up the shipment at any branch of the agency or have us deliver it directly.

Pneumat. is a socially responsible company. That is why our activities are guided by values such as partnership, trust-building, but also care for the environment and the local community. The continuous optimisation of processes affecting the environment includes educational issues and those related to sourcing green power or logistical processes. In 2020, photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof of our warehouse. These generate around 60 MWh of green energy per year. In order to reduce unnecessary transport processes, the company allows several orders placed within 6h to be shipped in one consignment. Order packing, in turn, is optimised in terms of parcel volume and the consumption of materials such as cartons and fillers. As part of the document flow both internally and with the customer, Pnaumat. relies on the electronic route to reduce paper consumption. We also support foundations, sports clubs and scientific institutions in our region and take part in numerous charity events. There are already many completed projects, with more to come.

Delivery cost and lead times:

* The prices in the price list are shown for groupage and pallet shipments of normal dimensions. The price list does not include prices for long shipments over 2m in length (e.g. pipes, cylinders, etc.)

** The cost of export clearance averages EUR 30 and will be added each time a quote is created for a shipment outside the EU. On the buyer's side, there is import clearance and customs duty in the buyer's country.
